About Eloise

My name is Dr Eloise Fleming and I am the owner of Princess Street Chiropractic. I grew up in Portland and moved to the Bellarine after completing my Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic) in 2017.

I’m a third-generation chiropractor, so have been getting adjusted since I was a baby. Regular adjustments were a normal part of our lives, and I really didn’t think too much of it. Once moving away from home, I realised how much I took this for granted in the way my body felt.

Chiropractic for me is a healthcare choice that improves so many areas of wellbeing. It surprises me that people believe it is normal to be uncomfortable in your body every day (in the absence of chronic disease), especially at a young age.

Since graduating, I’ve worked alongside and learned from some fantastic chiropractors and mentors. I took the leap to start my own business in 2020 and established Princess Street Chiropractic in April 2021. I’m very passionate about helping people and assisting them in taking control of their own health. My number one priority is being genuine and doing best by my patients. I love encouraging active and balanced lifestyles.

I treat all ages from newborns to the elderly and use a blend of diversified manual adjusting, activator, drop pieced soft tissue therapy. Areas of further study I have completed include:

  • Women’s Health Essentials

  • Inspiral Paediatric Assessment & Care

  • Optimal Maternal Positioning (Pregnancy Care)

  • Sympathetic Dominance (SD) Protocol

  • Level 1 Dry Needling

About Holly

My name is Dr Holly Chatham and I graduated from RMIT University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic).

I initially began my Chiropractic journey in 2015 following a back injury from playing netball and rowing. I was recommended to visit a Chiropractor and from my very first adjustment, I was certain that Chiropractic was the career pathway that I was going to follow.

Whilst I was studying at university, I had experience working at multiple clinics ranging from wellness care, sports Chiropractic and gentle care for mums and bubs. I have a passion for learning and have pursued further studies including Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT) and paediatric care.

I currently use a blend of manual and low force adjusting techniques and enjoy tailoring specific care to each specific patient. I treat all ages but I love treating babies and have a special interest in paediatric care.

I grew up on a farm outside of Ballarat and loved the country life I was brought up into before relocating to Melbourne for university. I made the move to Geelong once graduating as I knew I wanted to be closer to the coast as well as being somewhere that still has a quaint, country feel to it. I am thoroughly enjoying Geelong so far and am looking forward in further immersing myself within the community.

I am incredibly grateful to be doing what I am doing as a Chiropractor and love feeling fulfilled by my work. I truly feel as though everyone should have an opportunity to live and thrive to the best of their bodies ability and am willing to aid people in any and every way possible.

About Trish

My name is Trish Muscat, and I graduated from Endeavour College of Natural Health with a Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2006.

I am a proud member of Massage & Myotherapy Australia, an association committed to upholding, promoting, and ensuring the highest standards of practice within massage, remedial massage, and myotherapy. Being part of this professional community reflects my dedication to providing safe, ethical, and evidence‑informed care.

As a Remedial Therapist, I offer effective, clinically focused treatments by conducting thorough assessments and creating personalised treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. I use a wide range of techniques, including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, cupping, passive stretching, trigger point therapy, dry needling, and hot stones to support relaxation, healing, rehabilitation, and sports‑related recovery.

I strongly believe in holistic treatment—looking beyond the symptom to understand and address the underlying cause. My goal is always to help your body move, function, and feel better in a sustainable and supportive way.

I also specialise in Pregnancy Massage and Paediatric Massage. As a mum myself, I have a genuine passion for supporting other mums through pregnancy, helping you feel more comfortable, nurtured, and cared for during such an important time.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me adventuring with my family, enjoying weekends away in our van, and making memories with my kids.

I can’t wait to meet you and be part of your wellness journey.
